All items returned as 'faulty' will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear which is not covered by our returns policy.

You will be sent a replacement within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with your product we offer an exchange policy. 

Earrings can not be exchanged.

We can only process your exchange when we receive the item in its original condition and packaging. You are only eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

Customers are liable to pay any remaining costs if they wish to exchange the item for a more expensive one. We can not refund the difference if the customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item.
